We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and inspirational Class Teacher to join our team and to work alongside the senior management team and Board of Directors to ensure excellence at our Academy. There is a wealth of opportunities to lead many different aspects of the school depending on your interests and experience. The successful candidate will:

• Be a really good teacher who never gives up on children and finds ways to inspire them to make as much progress as possible;

• Analyse pupil performance data and create and implement action plans to improve performance;
• Actively contribute to the development of community relationships;
• Be open to new ways of working and prepared to lead staff to improve practice in all areas.
