OD Practitioner, salary range £23,866 - £27,358 pa (Please see advert link www.northeastjobs.org.uk/job/Organisational_Development_Practitioner/179143 )

We are a forward thinking council in a city that makes history and shapes the future. A place of bright sparks and big ideas. Our OD team mission is to create an environment where every employee can flourish and where our distinctive, high-quality service adds value to every one of them.

You will play a key role working with staff and managers supporting them to develop and maintain a culture that creates a high performing organisation.

We also need you to contribute enthusiastically and effectively to our cross-council programmes and activities that support leadership and management development as well as culture and change management.

In return for these, we will encourage and support you to grow and develop further knowledge, capability and skills within a great OD team.
