29.36 and 25 hours per week, permanent posts.
37 and 18.5 hours per week, fixed term posts to 31 March 2015

This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed customer culture and skills division. You will be responsible for providing a front line service to customers in our library, leisure and customer service centres across the City.

You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and have the ability to promote services and encourage participation alongside resolving customer enquiries. Previous cash handling experience would be beneficial. We require excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be required to work flexibly across all sites and will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota.
