Central Walker Church of England Primary School is an exciting, new 21st Century school with semi open plan learning spaces. We are a supportive, welcoming and motivated school community, committed to raising standards of achievement.

We are looking for a teacher for therapeutic work who:

• is an outstanding and motivated practitioner who secures excellent integration to enable pupils to make academic progress
• has high expectations of all children
• is highly creative and proactive in their approach to learning
• has at least two years post degree experience of delivering therapeutic intervention programmes to extremely challenging pupils
• has experience of delivering programmes to pupils with SEND needs such as autism
• has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a team
• knows how to teach children to read; including delivering to the precise phonic standards required for the national phonics test.
• has a caring, Christian ethos.
