An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning Team for an Assistant Learning Officer to work in the South and North Tyneside team. Within this role you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery and development of the formal and informal learning programmes with particular responsibility for Arbeia and South Shields but with the flexibility to work at the two North Tyneside venues.
You will have experience of working with groups of a diverse range of ages and abilities, including experience of working with schools. You will also have experience of developing learning content to meet the needs of the National Curriculum and/or other strategies in respect of History of Art, Archaeology or History and related subjects. You will be able to work as part of a team to research, plan, deliver and evaluate learning activities, events and projects.
This post forms part of TWAM Learning Team and the post-holder will be expected to contribute to the work of all sections within the overall policies of TWAM.
