Due to the retirement of our headteacher, governors are seeking to appoint someone who has the skill and dedication to continue the school’s development.
We need our Headteacher to:
• have a clear vision for the future of this successful school (judged Good by Ofsted in July 2015).
• have the ability to be an enthusiastic, empathetic and inspiring leader with excellent communication skills
• have a passion for teaching and learning.
• have the ability to work in partnership to provide effective leadership of the school and continue to foster and develop the quality of teaching.
• have a belief that every child can and should achieve their potential.
• Have the ability to engage with parents, carers and the local community in our children and young peoples’ education
