You must have a minimum of two years post qualifying experience in statutory social work, covering the full range of work and experience of supervising or managing staff. You will have a strong commitment to social work and supervision and to maintain high standards of practice. The social care locality teams cover the full range of work including, early help through our Early Help workers linked with social care teams and the multi-agency Early Help Hubs, Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children and legal.
