The above vacancies have arisen in our Property Services team. As a Statutory Maintenance Officer (Mechanical or Electrical) you will implement / assist with the annual periodic maintenance testing and inspection program and other planned maintenance programs across County Council owned establishments. You will monitor external partner organisations in the delivery of the statutory maintenance service, determining the quality of workmanship and effectiveness of any remedial repairs undertaken, ensuring service delivery complies with current health and safety and other relevant legislation.

Educated to an HND level or equivalent technical qualification in a construction related subject and demonstrable delivery of a role at a similar level. You must have a flexible approach to working arrangements as these posts are a mixture of office / building based working with regular visits to buildings within the portfolio, therefore you must also be able to meet the transport requirements.
