The Governing Body of the St Mary’s Church of England (VA) Middle School wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational individual, who can lead and further develop our school. We are a small school with a roll of approximately 90 pupils aged 9 – 13.
Salary Range L10 - L16
We are looking for an experienced leader who can:
• Foster our strong Christian values and ethos
• Create a learning environment in which all children can succeed
• Challenge, inspire and motivate all of our pupils and staff to raise our
standards
• Drive our school forward in all aspects school life
• Work in partnership with parents, church and the local community
• Demonstrate expertise in working with DSEN children
