An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled teacher of children with social communication difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder to join the Locailty Inclusion Support Team (LIST) in Central Northumberland. We are looking for a pro-active, motivated practitioner who is committed to multi-disciplinary working.
The LIST operates in close partnership with local schools and agencies and targets children and young people from all phases of education. The Specialist Teacher of children on the Autistic Spectrum will operate peripatetically alongside schools and multi-agency professionals within the locality to manage and deliver support and training for schools, children, young people and their families.
