This senior practitioner post will help to further develop the early help locality offer in the West of the county. Responsible to the Early Help Locality Manager they will manage a team of early help family workers who provide support using the Early Help Assessment processes on a range of issues for children, young people and families in the West of the county. The postholder will work closely with colleagues in children’s centres, the social work team and other agencies delivering early help services in the area to ensure families receive a coordinated timely response.
