The Governors of this popular and successful school require a visionary, creative and energetic Early Years Coordinator, experienced in Nursery and Reception teaching. They are seeking to appoint an outstanding and driven Leader who will put learning at the centre of all they do and support our children in reaching their full potential. The successful candidate will lead, develop and coordinate the Early Years Team and have an opportunity to join the Senior Management Team and contribute to the strategic direction of the school.

The successful candidate should be an excellent practitioner who can deliver quality EYFS provision within a highly creative enabling environment. He/she should possess strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships, sustained partnerships and be firmly committed to self evaluation and phase improvement, alongside the whole life of the school.

• Is an ambitious EYFS teacher ready for a senior role
• Is an outstanding EYFS practitioner with the inspirational ability to motivate
and support children and the staff team
• Is committed to maintaining high standards and expectations in all areas of
school life
• Demonstrates initiative and inspiration to lead change and maximise the
Learning Environment
• Is very well organised and dynamic and will embrace the challenge of leading
a committed team
• Can develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the school community
