Further Information
You will act as first point of contact for visitors and will take responsibility for ensuring that the visitors needs are met and ensuring those customers requiring assistance within the building receive it. You will need to maintain the reception area, ensuring displays are tidied and up to date and that the area meets health and safety requirements.
You must have a good general education and appreciate the relationship between customer care and performance. Previous experience of dealing directly with the public would be required.
This position will be fixed term for 6 months in the first instance.
