As a Senior Practitioner based within the Transformation Team, you will model and inspire confident practice as well as supporting strategic changes, to achieve positive outcomes across Children’s Services. There will also be opportunities to work within the Single Point of Access (SPA) duty system, supporting the SPA manager. In the future, the Transformation Team’s work will develop across Health and Adults Services.

We are looking for confident, resilient and motivated leaders who are determined to deliver an excellent service to vulnerable individuals within communities across Northumberland. You must be dynamic, enthusiastic and committed to support the development, delivery and review of a fluid service that promotes best outcomes.
