The successful candidate will hold an appropriate First class or 2:1 Honours degree (predicted or achieved within the last 5 years) and have an awareness of the key issues affecting Local Government currently with A general understanding of the Software Development Methodologies and an extensive knowledge of programming techniques and methodologies.
You will be able to demonstrable evidence of developing innovative solutions.
Consideration of UI design, programming within a Client server architecture.
Competence in implementing websites, web applications and database systems.
This is a fixed term post for 3 years
