Based in County Hall but travel throughout the County required.
Further Information
You will need a genuine understanding of the issues that face disabled children, young people and their families and experience of working with young people and children with SEN.
You need excellent communication, networking, interpersonal and organisational skills.
A minimum of 2 A Level, or equivalent, and a good standard of literacy and numeracy is required.
You will provide information that empowers young people, parents/carers to make an informed contribution to decisions regarding their education.
You will help children/young people articulate their future aspirations, objectives and support requirements.
You will offer individual and group information, working flexibly and undertaking home visits when necessary.
