The Early Help Senior Practitioner will support the further development of the early help locality offer in the West of the county. Responsible to the Early Help Locality Manager, they will manage a team of Early Help Family Workers who provide support using the Early Help Assessment processes for a range of issues for children, young people and families. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in children’s centres, social work teams and other agencies delivering early help services in the locality area to ensure families receive a coordinated timely, and early response.
