We have an opportunity for a talented and eager candidate to join our outstanding school team as our Unit Manager in the school kitchen.
Band 3- FTE £16481 to £17547
Pro rata @ 16 hours per week, equated over whole year
Part- time 10am to 1pm School Term Monday – Friday and an hour for admin. Plus some over-time on Bistro days

An enthusiasm for cooking and take pride in producing consistent, fresh, tasty and imaginative food.
The skills and ability to put forward new ideas and healthy recipes which are appropriate and appealing, specifically to our children, but also for our weekly adult community Bistro.
Skills to communicate well with young children and can contribute towards creating an inviting dining atmosphere to help further enhance the school lunchtime experience.
Confidence and the ability to cope with periods of pressure, communicate well with colleagues and hold excellent customer service skills, welcoming feedback for continuous improvement.
Please note that the successful candidate will be employed by the governing body, not Northumberland County Council as we are a Voluntary Aided Church School.
