Northumberland County Council is undergoing an exciting period of change and requires 2 HR Advisors to join its HR team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to providing a high quality HR service of up to 11,000 managers and employees across a range of services and throughout the County of Northumberland.
You will use your HR expertise to provide guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues. You will provide advice on the application of appropriate HR solutions and practices and interpret HR policies and procedures.
Applicants should have a degree level qualification in Human Resources or the equivalent significant relevant demonstrable experience.
