The successful post holder will co-ordinate Northumberland’s process for Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) for Post 16 learner, resulting in quality assured and outcome focused plans.

The post holder will act as Northumberland's lead on Post 16 provision for students with EHCPs and act as the key contact for Colleges, Schools and Training Providers. You will require an understanding of local provision and have good time management skills to manage a demanding caseload and be able to adhere to statutory deadlines and will require a good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.

The successful post holder will co-ordinate Northumberland’s process for Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) for an identified caseload of children and young people, resulting in quality assured and outcome focused plans 0-25.

This is a fixed term up to 31st March 2018
