We are looking to recruit to two 18 month contracts for experienced social workers to work in the Family Placement Service. The role will be that of a child permanence worker who will be involved in the child's journey to adoption with one post taking the lead in the completion of Life Story Books. A number of key tasks are pertinent to the role, including preparing children for adoption, family finding and matching children with the right adopters. You need to have good assessment, written and presentation skills as reports will be presented in various professional areas.
