Providing strategic procurement for Northumberland County Council, Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust and North Cumbria University Hospital Trust; the Shared Procurement Service is a groundbreaking collaboration between local authority and NHS. You will be primarily responsible for the development and production of Procurement data analytics to provide insight, measurement and forecasting of Demand Management, Supply Management, Compliance, Performance, Sustainability, Risk and other metrics in a timely and accurate manner.
Reporting to the eProcurement & Sourcing Operations Manager, the eProcurement Projects Lead - Data Analytics will be responsible to lead on projects and the operation of NCC and NHS Trust eProcurement platforms .
The successful applicant will have the ability to perform detailed analysis on a variety of data sets including purchase orders, invoices, supplier databases and catalogues, with a working Knowledge of ERP systems or equivalent. Experience of public sector procurement would be desirable.
