The role involves prioritising and triage of all referrals to the team and where appropriate, implement safeguarding arrangements for the immediate protection of vulnerable children and adults including those with Mental Health problems.
You will work a shift pattern across 7 evenings and throughout the night including all day weekends and Bank Holidays. The service operates 365 days per year.
You will undertake risk assessments of all service user groups within the appropriate legislative framework for Children, Adults and under the Mental Health Act.
