The role of the IRO/CP advisor makes an important contribution to outcomes for looked after children and those subject to Child Protection Plans.
You must be a qualified Social Worker and be currently registered with the HCPC.
You will have exceptional chairing and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years’ practioner and management experience of working with children in the child protection and looked after system within a social care setting.
