The governors of Warkworth C of E Primary school wish to recruit an inspirational and dedicated member of staff to continue to develop and lead our EYFS unit forward in the future.
The candidate must have secure knowledge of Nursery and Reception and experience of pupils aged 2- 5 years.
Our Christian ethos of ‘Learning together with love, forgiveness and friendship’ is at the heart of our curriculum and we have a shared vision for every child to become a successful, independent and resilient lifelong learner.
This is a really exciting time for our school as we appointed a new head teacher in September 2017, we have our first Year 5 class in September 2018 and the school has developed a new EYFS Unit and Two’s Room. We are looking forward to welcoming a new member of staff to our hardworking and supportive team. This person must have a passion for Early Years and be able to demonstrate high expectations for all pupils.
This post is a variable hour’s contract between minimum 0.6 FTE and maximum 1.00 FTE, initially for 1.0 FTE per week. Please note that all salaries quoted are for a full-time teacher and will be paid on a pro-rata basis of the full-time equivalent for this post.
Please note that the successful candidate will be employed by the governing body, not Northumberland County Council.
