An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social worker to work within our well established adult community team, which delivers services to achieve the best outcomes for adults and older people who have care and support needs.
It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the Care Act and the Local Authorities statutory duties and are a dynamic, innovative and committed person, willing to consider all possible options, working with external stakeholders, service users and their families, as well as colleagues within local authority.
