We are looking for practitioners with significant experience of working effectively with parents and families who have complex and challenging multiple problems. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience in delivering family based behavioural interventions.
PUP Practitioners will not hold case responsibility and caseloads will be limited to 4-5 families. Practitioners will work alongside an allocated social worker and other professionals to support parents who are facing adversity to develop positive and secure relationships with their children, address drug and alcohol issues and reduce the number of children who are subject to Child in Need/Child Protection plans or become Looked After.
