We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior EHO to work in our Public Protection and Neighbourhoods Team. The role of senior practitioner is to support the team manager in the day to day operation of the service and provide a high level of professional and technical expertise to the team. An excellent technical knowledge and competency in private sector housing is therefore essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required with proven ability to deliver services. Experience of HMO and selective licensing delivery is also essential.
