The Shared Procurement Service is a groundbreaking collaboration between local authority and NHS. It's aim is to provide a sustainable and cost effective procurement service which help drive economic benefits and service quality for all stakeholder organisations.
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Specialist, the Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for the delivery of a defined number of strategic procurement activities across the 2 stakeholder organisations.
Those joining the Shared Procurement Service will have a unique opportunity to make a real contribution to shape and drive the direction of this new service. Successful applicants will be proactive and enjoy being challenged by new areas and activities; they will also possess excellent communication and team working skills.
