The Strategic Estates Team is based at County Hall, Morpeth. The team is at the forefront of ensuring the Council has a fit for purpose property portfolio that meets the needs of the services it provides.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual to undertake a range of interesting and challenging work. This will involve providing a wide ranging professional property management service for the acquisition, disposal and day to day management of all council property assets.
You must be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with degree level or equivalent qualification along with significant post qualification experience of dealing with complex property issues to successful completion. This post involves travel throughout the County therefore you must be able to meet the transport requirements.
