The Governors of this successful and popular school require two After School Club Supervisors.
The successful candidate will have/be:
Full and relevant EYFS qualification
Paediatric first aid certificate (desirable)
Experience of working with children with varying needs
Early Years’ experience (desirable)
Knowledgeable of child development
Enthusiastic, flexible and resilient
A good standard of literacy and numeracy
Will ensure that every child reaches their potential and thrives
Committed to developing the ‘whole child’
Very high expectations
Has experience of working closely with parents and outside agencies
Hygiene certificate (desirable).
Wylam First School is committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be sought along with other relevant employment checks deemed appropriate.
