West STSS recently rated 'Outstanding' by CQC provides Care and Rehabilitation to adults living in their own homes supporting people following a hospital admission eg for a stroke, fall, fracture or surgery or who need immediate care to remain within their home environment.
Hourly Rate is £9.37-£10.44.
The service operates on an early and late shift basis between the parameters of 7:00 am & 10:00 p.m. 365 days per year. Roas operate on a 6 week rolling basis.
Experience is not essential as a full training programme operates for successful candidates. NVQ is desirable or a commitment to achieving The Care Certificate Award, and undertake further training to meet the
requirements of the post.
It is also essential that the successful candidate can fully meet the transport
requirements of the post
