We are looking for two receptionists to provide an efficient and effective front line service for all visitors to Northumbria House.
You should have a good general education and sound working knowledge of the procedural and practical issues relating to customer services and experience of direct contact with the public. A GNVQ level 2 in Customer Care would be desirable.
These are part time positions for 20 hours per week working 8.30am - 12.30pm / 12.30 - 4.30pm on a flexible rotation depending on the needs of the building.
