The Strategic Estates Team is based at County Hall, Morpeth. The team is at the forefront of ensuring the Council has a fit for purpose property portfolio that meets the needs of the services it provides.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual to undertake a range of interesting and challenging work. This will involve providing a wide ranging professional property management service for the acquisition, disposal and day to day management of all council property assets.
You must have a degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate Management. The Council will work with you on your journey through the Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We will provide a Supervisor and Councillor and Continuing Professional Development opportunities to help you achieve this and develop your career. This post involves travel throughout the County therefore you must be able to meet the transport requirements.
