An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join the adult social care MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) based at Foundry house in Bedlington.
The role will include triaging and decision making working with partner agencies to protect vulnerable adults from abuse and exploitation. The successful applicant will need to ensure that making safeguarding personal underpins their practice. The role will include supervision/management of staff, day to day running of the MASH, monitoring of performance dashboard, budget management and supporting/implementing service design and development. The role will also include close working with locality Social Work teams, attending safeguarding meetings, carrying out unannounced visits and working across both MASH and safeguarding enquiry team if and when required.
As a member of the team the successful applicant will have access to regular supervision, annual PDR as well as ongoing informal support.
