We are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager who has excellent interpersonal skills, is hard working and used to working in a business with strong organisational and ICT skills. The applicant will have a current working knowledge of a secondary school and management of financial, HR and administration systems.
To give strategic vision and leadership to all aspects of support services including the finance function, support staff teams, premises strategy and all property related issues, site management and human resource issues. To play a central role in the Leadership Group of Haydon Bridge High School. To develop cooperation between the other schools within the Haydon Bridge Partnership of Schools, initially concentrating on facilities but then developing other aspects of financial management and support services.
