This post is for day duty covering 7 days with enhancements for weekend working.
Tynedale House is a residential home that supports people with learning disabilities. These disabilities mean clients can have complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a good general level of education, the ability to work as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Working in an anti-discriminatory manner, and having an awareness of the need to respect privacy, dignity and independence are a must. A willingness to undertake further training and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the post is essential.
This post is fixed term for 9 months.
