Working as part of our Capital Delivery Team, you will undertake internal and external joinery repairs to the highest quality and standard in accordance with work requests, working to an appointment system and completing work within priority timescales. You will ensure that adequate store and materials are available in order to undertake the required repair and you will be responsible for the maintenance of their imprest stock levels, keeping records to itemise stock usage on individual works orders. You will have a sound working and applicable building regulations along with a sound working knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.

You will hold City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Joinery or equivalent, have knowledge of all elements of building construction, components, building trades broad knowledge of building construction, extensive experience of joinery and experience in a customer facing environment. You will be required travel to various locations within the county, with some evening and weekend work and standby rota work.
