The Service

The North Locality Early Help 0-19 Team are responsible for the children's centres and Early Help offer across North Northumberland. These services are managed by the North Early Help Locality Manager.

The role

The Early help Administrative Co-ordinator role will be to organise and manage administrative and financial/budget support within the Early Help Locality Services, including the Children’s Centres and Early Help teams. To also coordinate and manage financial and building matters associated with the team sites across the Locality. To ensure administration, financial and related tasks/procedures are followed at all times to maintain a high quality of service. To additionally be the Management Information Systems lead for the Locality and report on the Locality’s performance and targets.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Essential requirements:

Access to transport to travel to other centres during the working week. We will base this post to the nearest children's centre
Ability to work in an agile way.
