We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support and Vulnerability Officer to join our new Engagement and Sustainability Team.
The role involves providing vital housing support and guidance to new and vulnerable council tenants to help them sustain their tenancies and linking with other agencies to ensure the appropriate support is maximised.

The successful candidate will have experience of social housing, an understanding of housing & welfare benefits and a good knowledge of issues facing tenants and their families. The role requires great organisational skills and the ability to communicate with people on all levels, solid IT skills and a genuine desire to make a positive difference for our tenants.

We are looking for a highly motivated person who is a great team player with a good general level of education and exceptional communication skills to join us.

We are offering:
A starting salary of £19,554 (rising to £21,166)
