Northumberland County Council has an exciting and innovative opportunity for a an Estate Officer to join their new Estates Team.

The role involves delivering a great housing management service for our Northumberland Tenants. The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of tenancy management , effective IT skills, a good level of education, and the ability to work well in a team in order to ensure the best possible service for tenants.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is able to communicate well with both internal and external customers. If you are motivated , genuinely aspire to helping people and enjoy a challenge then we would love to hear from you.

We are offering: 
- A starting salary of Band 6 £24,313 to £26,999 per annum
- Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme (or other pension scheme)
