HR Operations team

An exciting development opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to join our high performing HR Operations team based in the Civic Centre in Newcastle City Centre.

Providing general support to the busy HR teams, the successful candidate will get hands on experience supporting a wide range of HR duties including: case work, service reorganisations, job design and evaluation, training design and delivery, policy research and development as well as providing guidance on employment practice.

To apply for this role, you will need to be confident, customer focused, able to communicate with a wide and varied audience, have a flexible approach to work, able to meet challenging deadlines and have a good academic background in HR/OD studies.
