This vacancy is being advertised internally in the first instance to employees and agency workers of Northumberland County Council. You will be required to:
To be part of a team providing support in the effective use of social care information systems supporting child care professionals and administrative staff. This will involve assisting the ICT & Business Development Manager in developing and extending the scope of social care systems including identifying, implementing and maintaining their efficient and effective use.
This includes:
- Planning and delivery of training sessions
- classroom and 1-1 Produce instructions such as manuals and user guides Testing of new and existing functions to ensure systems evolve continually Provide a helpdesk support
