Combining curiosity with data and analysis, we use data to support decision making and inform service design and delivery. This post is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and highly regarded Informatics and Insights team that supports data and analysis for Adult and Children’s Social Care, Education, Early Help and Active Inclusion services.

As a Business Analyst, you will produce accurate and meaningful management information, performance data and analysis to support continuous service improvement.

It is essential that you are experienced in assessing system and business processes against a range of stakeholder requirements. You will also have the ability to support the design and implementation of IT system solutions which enable integrated working, both within a single agency and multi-agency context.
