Casual post.

We are seeking to increase our pool of invigilators to supervise public examinations. The work is seasonal throughout the year depending on demand. Invigilators work under the direction of the Exams Officer, who will provide training and guidance for this important post.

Duties include:
• Assisting in the preparation of the examination venue including distribution and collection of exam papers and equipment.
• Supervising the conduct of students in and around the examination venue.
• Ensuring all examination materials are securely maintained.

Applicants must therefore be confident, have good organisation skills, and be able to work flexible hours. Previous experience of dealing with school age students and examination processes are desirable but not essential.

Application forms and further information are available by following the link on our website for submission by 9am Monday 24 February 2020 to Mrs Lynn Anderson, PA to Headteacher on Lynn.Anderson@scchs.org.uk.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 3 March 2020.

Please note we do not accept applications by CV and all applicants must complete and return the Safe Recruitment Form as part of the application process.

If you do not hear from us you may assume that your application has not been successful (please note that we are not required to give feedback on unsuccessful applications).

The Board of Governors and the Diocese are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young persons. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

As this post involves working with children, vulnerable adults or dealing with sensitive information, written references will be taken up and made available to interviewers before the final selection stage; even if you indicate otherwise.
