The Service
Northumberland County Council has an exciting and innovative opportunity for a Senior Engagement and Sustainability Officer to join their new Engagement and Sustainability Team.
The role
The role involves coordinating the delivery of a tenancy sustainment and customer engagement service that supports customers to develop skills enabling them to sustain their tenancies, reduce vacancy rates and improve customer resilience.
This role is central to the smooth operation of this team and the successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of housing management, tenant and resident involvement , experience of leading teams, experience of and service development and will have a good level of education and effective IT skills.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is able to communicate well with both internal and external customers, colleagues and tenants and residents.
