Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher with experience in working with young people with autism to join our growing school.

The role will be to work with students with autism, therefore, experience and knowledge of ASC approaches is imperative:
- Resources
- Environment
- Transition
- Visuals
- Regulation
- Communication & interaction
- Sensory
- Multi disciplinary approach – SaLT, OT, ELSA
- Speech and Language (e.g. social stories, comic strip conversations, BLANK level questioning)

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to be reflective, creative, flexible, open minded and work as part of a team. We believe strongly in the need for a multi-disciplinary approach and have our own Intervention Team comprising of Speech and Language and Occupational Health specialists, an ELSA lead, ASC lead and a therapy dog.
