The Service
The HR/OD Service is made-up of an exciting and dynamic team of HR, Learning and Organisational Development and Recruitment and Selection Professionals. This role will sit within the Learning and Organisational Development sub-team which is responsible for delivering learning across face-to-face and online platforms to a large and varied workforce.

The Role
Working within the Learning & Organisational Development Team, the L&OD Advisor will play a pivotal role in driving learning and development within a large progressive and forward-thinking organisation. You will be joining a supportive team, passionate about using our corporate values to design and enable creative innovative learning solutions and support organisational improvement and capability.

With a genuine passion for learning and supporting offers to maximise their potential enabling them to thrive and succeed in the workplace you will be joining us at a time of great opportunity and change. Working across organisational and sectoral boundaries you will provide training and learning solutions that bring about impactful and long lasting change.

Providing advice and support to external customers, partnership boards, line managers and employees across a range of Learning and Organisational Development services (with an emphasis on social care settings) this is a truly rewarding and challenging opportunity.

Essential requirements

Recognised qualification in Teaching, Training or Learning & Development qualification
Working knowledge of accredited learning and assessment procedures.
Previous experience of working within a social care environment
