Our Homes accommodate 25 young people aged 6 - 17, our main aim is to offer an exceptional family  focused caring environment where children and young people can feel safe and excelled in their abilities and futures.  The service is regularly inspected by  Ofsted, currently our homes are rated as Outstanding or Good with outstanding leadership and management. It is crucial that everyone in our team is committed to the best safe care of our young people.   We have vacancies for a Residential Support Workers at  Kyloe House, a national secure children’s home with education based at  Stannington near  Morpeth.     The Role   Experience in a similar discipline is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.  You must have a good general education and be willing and able to undertake relevant training up to NVQ Level 2/3 Care Awards.   All roles require you to work a shift pattern that may include sleep ins and night shifts  f or which you will receive in addition to your salary a  further payment for Single Premium Rate for unsociable working hours including  weekends..  For further information about the role or an informal chat, please contact Katie Morrison on 01670 785900.    Residential Support Workers   You will work under the direction of the  T eam  L eader or  S hift  C oordinator to ensure the effective care of each young person.  For further information please download the relevant Job Descriptions     We are offering   - A starting salary  of £ 20,092 - £21,748.
