The Board of Trustees of SMART Multi Academy are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head Teacher to support in the leadership of Stocksfield Avenue Primary School.
Stocksfield Avenue Primary School is a popular and oversubscribed two-form entry school in the west end of Newcastle. The school benefits from excellent facilities such as music provision and extensive school grounds. The school was rated as ‘good’ in the latest Ofsted inspection, 2019. This is an exciting and varied role in a very successful and happy school in the heart of a vibrant and diverse community.
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic educationalist to join the senior leadership team and work closely with the newly appointed Headteacher and Local Governing Board in the day-to day running of the school. Candidates must have a proven ability as an outstanding teacher; show a strong commitment to high standards and excellence, coupled with the ability to implement key strategies around behaviour, school improvement and leadership.
